Activity Day!

I am one of the Activity Day leaders and it is so much fun. Cami and Cassie helped me do the backgrounds and put the packets together. We made Nativity Countdown Calenders and the girls did an amazing job!! We also said good bye to one of our girls Bethany who is moving away. We printed our our activity blog for her to remember us by.

I took Cami, Cassie and Shaylee Wed. night to the performance at Mesa High. Sarah and Morgan are in our ward and are awesome dancers along with Lauren and Kourtney. There were 2 hours of many dances which were so fun to watch. My favorite dance was the Michael Jackson mix songs one. The girls had so much fun they went the next night with Carol.

We had fun at Activity Day quilting for the church humanitarian relief. We also had the girls make a Tree of Thanks and write down their blessings from Heavenly Father for Thanksgiving.

Halloween was a blast. We had the Wheelers over for dinner. Cassie made Halloween cupcakes while Jennifer helped me make the home made root beer with dry ice. It was very good!! We had spaghetti and called it worms or brains with meatball eyeballs:) I stayed and handed out candy and root beer while every one went trick or treating. Carli went with Eric up to a couple of doors. We had scary music out front with a strobe light. Carli loved the smoke coming from the root beer. It was so cute!

Visiting Teacher Ward Conference

The visiting Teaching Conference for our ward was fun. They had a nice breakfast and I got to participate in the lyrical dance that Amanda choreographed. Kelsey, Karissa, and Madison and did most of the solo parts but it was neat how in the beginning Kelsey was sad and then her VT come in and comfort her and then she is happy again. Then at the end I get to walk in sad and sit on the floor while Kelsey and Norma come and comfort me to make me happy. While we are doing that other women in the ward circle us with love. It was pretty emotional. I love the visiting teaching program!!! At the end we all sat in a circle with a ball of yarn and everyone would take turns telling about someone there that touched their life. Then we would throw the ball of yarn to that person like making a net where no one is left out. I had a fun time and love my ward here. There are so many amazing women in this ward!!

We had fun at our annual carnival even though we had a freezing day for AZ. I got to do the Thriller dance with 3 other Mom's which was the best! Carli was great all night even though her little hands and toes were cold. Cami was Hermione and Cassie was Hannah Montana. Carli was the cutest lady bug. I was a french maid and then put my zombie costume over it to dance.

Yea I am pregnant!

We are excited to be having another baby in our family! We hope it will be a boy but if its a girl we will be happy too. Carli will be close to her like Cami and Cassie are. But if we had a boy it will carry on the Selvidge name because Eric only has a sister.

We had Cami and Cassie's friends over Sat night and it was fun! They played dress up and then carved our pumpkins. Cassie and Cami designed their pumpkins faces by scratch.

Cassie was calling family to let them know we are having another baby and Carli was copying her it was so cute. We didn't even prompt her.

Carli saw Cassie dancing to the DDR and so she got on the map and was dancing. It was so cute I had to get a picture.

Carli has this princess microphone and it really works and plays songs. One day Carli pushed the button and started to sing. It was so cute!
